Common questions
Who pays import duties?
It depends on the destination and shipping method. Some carriers collect duties from the receiver on delivery; for the United States, postal parcels now need duties paid in advance. Your quote says which applies and includes our estimate.
How long does delivery take?
Express couriers are the fastest and most expensive option; postal economy services cost less and take longer. We show both in your quote with the carrier's current estimate.
Can you combine orders from several stores?
Yes. Consolidating into one box is usually the biggest saving, because international shipping is priced by weight and size.
What if an item arrives damaged or wrong?
We inspect and photograph everything before it ships. If something is wrong, we sort it out with the Brazilian store before it leaves the country.
Do you work with businesses?
Yes. We help small Brazilian brands reach buyers abroad and help foreign shops source Brazilian products, including export paperwork.
